Shipping:

Syrup is heavy, but don't worry, we only charge actual shipping costs.

•   If there is an over-payment for shipping, we will issue a refund to you.

•   We ship via USPS, unless otherwise requested.

• Our products will ship in a USPS flat rate box, unless there is a more efficient way.  

• Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.

Special Requests:

• If you have any special requests, use the "order notes" section during check out.  We will contact you as needed.

Shipping Damage:

• We package our products as best we can. 

• We guarantee our orders will be correct but we cannot be responsible for damages caused by the carrier.  However, our orders are insured so please let us know if anything goes wrong.

Returns:
